Happy Hips + Core | 40-min Le Stretch

This 40-minute Le Stretch™ session will reverse the effects of bipedal movement and/or physical activity. Focusing on the hips, this session will open up the hip flexors, glutes, and IT band. Added bonus is the core work, which is sprinkled throughout the session.
