The Le SWEAT Ab Challenge is a 4-week challenge of 7-minute daily ab workouts. Each week we will release a new workout. The goal of the Le Sweat Challenge series is to encourage setting aside a few minutes daily and commit to working on working things out.
EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR THIS EXERCISE:
None, a mat is optional
INTERVALS are 1 minute on, 10 second recovery.
REPEAT each exercise for 1 minute and then move on to the next.
For added intensity we recommend adding weights, or increasing speed where exercises allow.
